Lorna, I've heard you mention Estriol on Lynn Martin's radio show on CKLW. I had a large blood clot on my right calf about 20 years ago that now looks like a large varicose vein among other varicose veins on both my legs. Is it safe to use Estriol because of this blood clot? I would also like to use this Love lubricant you mentioned. Can you tell me where or how I can purchase it. Thank you. Helen Hayes

To find a store near you go click on the flag above in the top right. Enter your city and you will find a store. Then call them to make sure they have it in stock before you drive there. Yes you can use estriol. You definitely need Veinsmart too. Read about Varicose Veins in my FREE book An A - Z Woman's Guide to Vibrant health under the book button.

Creating links

There are two ways of creating links:
  • [Example](http://www.example.com) produces a link like this: Example
  • The fully qualified address, like http://www.example.com, will automatically be converted to a link.

Formatting Text

  • You can make your text italic by surrounding it with * characters, *like this.*
  • Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.
  • You can even ***use both at the same time***.

Lists

  • You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

    * First Item
    * Second Item
    * Third Item

  • If you want a numbered list, just write it out like this:
    1. First Item
    2. Second Item
    3. Third Item

Headings

You can produce headers for your posts using the '#' symbol.
  • '#Main Heading Example' produces a top level heading.
  • '##Sub Heading Example' produces a sub level heading.
  • '###Small Heading Example' produces a small heading.
