Collagen Plus and Juice

The suggested usage for Collagen Plus is to mix 10 drops in a glass of juice. Since juice often upsets my stomach, I'm wondering if the drops are just as effective taken in water or some other medium?

Yes, Collagen Plus is just as effective in water. Lorna recommends juice because it masks the taste. However I take Collagen Plus with water and don't find it has much of a taste at all.

I much prefer the Collagen Plus in water. I was adding it to orange juice in the morning, and it altered the taste of the juice significantly. Also Lorna doesn't recommend fruit juice for breakfast in women 40+ as it raises our insulin levels too much.

I put it in my protein shake with all my other supplements that I open up and pour into the mixture. Whatever works to make sure we take it everyday.

  • The fully qualified address, like, will automatically be converted to a link.

Formatting Text

  • You can make your text italic by surrounding it with * characters, *like this.*
  • Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.
  • You can even ***use both at the same time***.

  • You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

    * First Item
    * Second Item
    * Third Item

  • If you want a numbered list, just write it out like this:
    1. First Item
    2. Second Item
    3. Third Item

You can produce headers for your posts using the '#' symbol.
  • '#Main Heading Example' produces a top level heading.
  • '##Sub Heading Example' produces a sub level heading.
  • '###Small Heading Example' produces a small heading.
