about e-string

Hi Lorna Just finished scanning your book, I have read it in sections & still have a bit more to go. Always enjoy your books. My question is about vaginal dryness, for about 2 1/2 years now my gynecologist has recommended the e-string for my vaginal dryness. I have been very reluctant to use it but I have been using it 3 months on, 2 months off. I still have vaginal dryness but not as much as before, it was very dry before. I am 65 years old. This is my only symptom. I tried the cream & the pill that you insert into the vagina but both gave me terrible itching and the e-string did not do that.

Hi lynda,

Lorna often suggests Estroil for vaginal dryness

"for menopausal women vaginal dryness is generally due to a change in hormones in the uro-vaginal area. the wall of the vagina thins and this can cause dryness, pain, infections, and general uncomfortable feelings. you may need estriol which is the only safe estrogen. do not use vagifem, estradiol or premarin cream in the vagina. the estriol is the only estrogen that will not cause abnormal cell changes in the uterus and the breast"

Love lube is also very helpful! http://www.healthyimmunity.com/products/LOVE-LUBE-PERSONAL-lubricant.asp
